Henri Becquerel Prize for Nuclear Research 2021

Fresh graduate Lenka Kubíčková was awarded for her doctoral thesis "Study of properties of iron-containing nanoparticles stressing their application potential"

In this year's competition for scientific prizes awarded by the French Embassy in the Czech Republic for the best PhD research work, Lenka Kubíčková, a recent graduate of doctoral studies (second from right) from our Mössbauer spectroscopy laboratory, took first place in the nuclear research category ("Becquerel Prize").


The ceremony, attended by Nobel Prize winner Jean-Marie Lehn (second from left) and French Ambassador to the Czech Republic J. E. Alexis Dutertre (first from the right), took place at the French Embassy on the evening of 30th September 2021.
